Justin Quiroz
Director of Sales
Justin is the Director of Sales at Kings Beach Residential, where he brings a lifetime of experience in sales and sales leadership — along with a deep passion for reimagining what the home-selling process can be. Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Justin moved to San Diego as a teenager and quickly found himself at home. Drawn to the area’s blend of beach towns, mountain escapes, and vibrant neighborhoods, he planted roots in a city that continues to inspire him every day.

Justin’s journey into real estate began with curiosity and drive. Like many, he assumed he’d pursue a traditional agent path — but he quickly recognized a better way to serve homeowners. Seeing the frustration many people faced with listings, repairs, open houses, and commissions, he committed to offering a smarter, more streamlined, and more human approach to selling homes.
He knew he’d found the right profession when he saw the tangible value he could bring — not just to his clients, but also to his colleagues. At Kings Beach Residential, Justin thrives on building systems and strategies that empower others while creating meaningful, lasting change in the community.
Outside of work, Justin is a dog dad, gym enthusiast, musician, and classic car aficionado. You’ll often find him lifting weights, playing guitar, writing music, or grilling something mouthwatering in the backyard. He and his wife love hiking the scenic trails of San Diego with their two dogs and are always on the hunt for the city’s best sushi — feel free to send recommendations his way.

Trina Miller
Operations Manager
Trina Miller joined Kings Beach Residential as Operations Manager in April 2025, bringing with her a wealth of real-world experience and a deeply rooted passion for helping others. Originally from Las Vegas, Trina made the move to San Diego in 2012 with the intention of making it her forever home. Drawn by the ocean air, the slower pace of life, and the welcoming sense of community, she quickly fell in love with everything the area had to offer.

While Trina doesn’t hold a formal college degree, she proudly credits the “school of hard knocks” for her education. Her resilience, adaptability, and resourcefulness have shaped her into a strong leader with a hands-on understanding of both people and process. Real estate became a natural calling for her—an industry where she could use her skills to guide others through life-changing transitions.
For Trina, the most fulfilling part of her work is supporting homeowners through difficult or uncertain times. Whether assisting first-time buyers, helping families downsize, or stepping in when a property isn’t market-ready, she approaches every situation with compassion and zero judgment. One defining moment in her career came when she helped an elderly widow navigate the emotional sale of her home. Trina’s now-signature “Take what you want and leave what you don’t” approach was born from that experience, turning what could have been a painful process into one of dignity and service—for both the homeowner and the community.
Outside of her professional life, Trina enjoys the outdoors with her family, especially camping, fishing, and beach days. She has a creative streak that comes alive through furniture refinishing, baking, and gardening. She is also an active volunteer, regularly giving her time to causes she deeply believes in. Her balance of professional dedication and personal fulfillment makes her an invaluable member of the Kings Beach Residential team.
